Nike Go LA 10k

In 1984, Joan Benoit Samuelson made a choice. She chose to run in the first ever Women’s Olympic Marathon in Los Angeles. She won; paving the way for future generations of athletes* to chase their Olympic-size dreams. For the Nike Go LA 10k, we shut down a freeway; inspiring athletes* to ‘Choose Go’. On April 22nd over 8000 Angelenos followed in the footsteps of Joanie by running on the very same freeway nearly 34 years later. This event was a marketing activation to support the launch of the Nike Epic React Flynit running shoe.
